Whether you put the cream on first and then the jam or vice versa, join us in celebrating this age-old quintessentially British teatime occasion by indulging in a spot of cream tea for two here at Odd John's Kitchen!

We like to think that we know a thing or two about how to best serve cream teas! It is a must to serve it with loose leaf tea whether it is English Breakfast tea or the aromatic & very pretty Earl Grey Blue from no one other than Leicestershire based Forleaves Artisan tea producers!

The scone must then be accompanied by clotted cream and the finest selection of luxury artisan preserves from Nottinghamshire based Queen's Park or Derbyshire based The Quirky Cook! Whilst we love to observe tradition of such an important occasion, we also like to push the boundaries and tempt you to break slightly away (only slightly!!) from tradition with our very interesting selection of curds including passionfruit, blackcurrant to orange & chocolate curd! It is not treason we promise! These lovely jars of sweet indulgence are available to buy from Odd John's Kitchen and take home to be enjoyed at your own leisure and away from judging eyes!

Have we tempted you yet? For just £9.95 per couple, come and join us tomorrow at either Swithland or Quorn and celebrate with the rest of the nation!
